Expect Billy to wear her heart on her (tattooed) sleeves, as she does on her forthcoming solo debut “Diary of a Lost Girl”, produced by Raine Maida (Our Lady Peace).” - A Lawyer

Before heading back to L.A. to finish her upcoming solo album produced by Raine Maida of Our Lady Peace, Billy the Kid of Billy and the Lost Boys will be returning home to play a benefit concert for street kids and drug affected youth in the Lower Mainland.
“Being a foster kid and growing up in the system, this cause is really close to my heart. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do and I’m really looking forward to creating some awareness and lending a hand to the other so-called ‘Lost Causes’ out there.”
Group homes, domestic violence, street life and addiction are some of the topics covered on the Kid’s new album, “Diary of a Lost Girl”.
“They say you have your whole life to write your first album, and even though I have a couple albums with the band, the lyrics from this record basically read like my life story. It’s completely autobiographical, almost like flipping through the pages of my diary while growing up.”
Catch Billy the Kid live at the Media Club Saturday, December 29th with Allie Sheldan of Vancouver’s own Rio Bent and Jeffrey K from the Victoria band Acres of Lions.
